Manufacturer’s Defects
Renwil Inc. warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided the product has been used as intended.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from transportation, installation, or misuse/abuse of the product.
If a product is confirmed to be defective and meets the warranty conditions outlined above, it will be replaced at no charge.
Handcrafted Nature of Our Products
Many Renwil products are handcrafted, making each piece truly one of a kind. Variations in shape, texture, finish, and overall appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted design and are a testament to the artistry behind each product. These subtle differences are not considered defects.
Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown in our marketing materials due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.

Manufacturer’s Defects — Electronic Components
Some Renwil products include electronic components. These components carry an extended warranty of:

Two (2) years from the date of purchase from Renwil, or
-
One (1) year from the date of purchase by the end user,
whichever period is shorter.
Proof of purchase is required for all electronic component warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage caused by transportation, installation, or misuse/abuse.
Approved claims will result in a replacement at no charge.

Damage Claims
All claims for products received with damage must be reported to Renwil within 30 days of receipt. Any visible damage to the packaging or product should be reported immediately upon delivery.
Renwil is responsible for damages that occur up to the point of delivery to the client, including:

Damage during order preparation

Damage during transportation arranged by Renwil
Renwil is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

Damage at the receiver’s warehouse

Damage during installation

Damage while on display or in use

Returns for Other Reasons
We understand that sometimes a product may not suit the space or design as originally intended. To support our customers, Renwil offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for any reason.

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer

A 15% restocking fee will apply

The restocking fee is calculated based on the Renwil selling price listed on the sales invoice
